The school office is open from 8.30am until 4.15pm.

Reporting Absence

If your child is absent from school for any reason, please contact the office on 023 92 26374 and leave a message on the absence line by 9.15am

If you know your child is going to be late, please contact the office after 8.30am.  When you arrive, please come to the office so you can sign them in.

Holidays during term time

Legislation states that Headteachers may not grant any leave of absence during term time unless there are exceptional circumstances.  There is however, no legal entitlement for time off in school time to go on holiday and in the majority of cases holiday will not be authorised.  Parents/Carers wishing to apply for a leave of absence need to fill in a "Request to Authorise Absence" form (also available from the school office), in advance and before making any travel arrangements.

School Lunches

Please pre-order your child's school dinner on SchoolGrid.  This can be done either daily, weekly or termly.  If you have pre-ordered a lunch and then your child brings a packed lunch, please cancel your pre-order. We appreciate your co-operation.  

Uniform

School uniform is available to purchase from Skoolkit in Havant.  Please refer to our Uniform Policy for items required.

Cashless School

With the exception of pre-loved uniform and PIPSA events, we are a cashless school. Trips are paid for through your Arbor account.  Water Bottles can also be purchased through Arbor (£1.50 each).   

Please ensure any money you do need to send in (for PIPSA etc), is in a named envelope.

Medicines

We can administer prescribed medication that is required to be taken 4 times a day.  Written consent must be given (Parental agreement to Administer Medicines form).  All medication must be brought to the office and signed in/out each day.

Change of Details

If you change your telephone number or address at any point during the school year, please update this through the Arbor Parent Portal.
